Cost Management
Establish Project Cost
We prepare estimated costs on approximate quantities , incorporating information from other specialists and Consultants ; Provide Tender documentation and advise on sourcing Subcontractors / Suppliers ; Suggest and advise on alternative specifications for cost control purposes.
Monitor Project Cost
We will provide close monitoring of works completed On-Site while comparing Site quantities with measured quantities ; We will re-measure Provisional Quantities and agree the value of Variations.
Report Project Cost
We provide Monthly Cost Reports ; Preparation and issue of monthly valuations; Preparation and agreement of the Final Account promptly upon completion of the works.
